Beth, these are lovely. I lived in Alabama for seven years of my childhood, and I inherited my mother's great love of trees. Thank you for sharing these. I made my way here via Jami Attenberg's 1,000 Words challenge — I'm glad I did!

Trees bring such calm to me, I my art, in my day. I remember when Sally came through and we lost 79 trees in our neighborhood. I want my post woodworking husband to recreate them. I love tree hugs, tree knots, leafless limbs, all of it. We could all learn from a long forest bath!💞🌳🍃
