Beth, I have tried twice, working on the third, times getting Jeff’s report as well. I received the same letters. I also sent a request to Montgomery as well, just in case they do have it. Waiting on their response. It’s ridiculous to struggle to get a response back while wondering if it will be truthful or not.

So what happens next? How do you discover the truth? This is beyond insanity.

I will likely have to sue to get the autopsy report. You are right on the insanity!

It’s sad that you have to go that far, I got my son’s a couple weeks ago and they called it an autopsy and external assessment and I call it a body assessment without assessing his head and saying no injuries were noted, they definitely cover for themselves by leaving off all the trauma to the head with staples and saying no injury noted. It was definitely no pathologist that typed that report up, good luck in obtaining Kenneth’s report!

Sherrie, I'm very sorry to hear you didn't get any more info. Was this an autopsy the state performed? Or did you have it done?

The one state performed, come to find out they only did an external assessment they said and looked at his medical records and decided I was told by them , I can’t say anymore but I had a second one done also

I still haven't seen it, but Alan Eugene Miller's attorneys got a copy of it for their litigation; I'm publishing in an hour (fingers crossed) a rundown of the testimony from two of their expert witnesses, an anesthesiologist and pathologist.
