Ooof. The cruelty with which we humans can view each other can be so brutal and devastating.

Murder is a crime with intent. All those fist bumping and slapping each other on the back are, and should be held complicit in AL's felony murder rule, wherein if you are involved somehow in the commission of a crime, you are deemed just as guilty as the person pulling the trigger, or in this case turning on the gas valve, knowing your action will kill. Redacting details of the process and keeping the public unaware about the procedure shows malice, if an execution is done in the name of the people and if they are so justified, why all the secrecy? Oh wait, when they do it, its fine but anybody else in this two tier system of injustice, pays with their life? The 30+ years spent on death row in AL's torturous hell hole prisons apparently counted for nothing. No amount of cruelty or suffering will ever satiate the bloodlust of these hypocrites. AL will justify its crime against humanity, purport to be good "Christians" following the law which is nothing more than candy covered BS. The Devils dancing bear Marshall, may be having a victory dance over rekindling state sanctioned murder but history and the rest of the civilised world, will take a different view.

I heard about this briefly on a podcast the other day. It's terrible and so gut wrenching. It's insane how much power judges have, and how antiquated the court systems are. It makes me even more sad that the crimes were committed when both men were so young. Thanks for the work you do, Beth.

Thank you Beth! This death /murder was horrendous and performed by the largest law enforcement agency in Alabama, ADOC! The Priest stated ‘evil was let loose” and he suffered 9 minutes with the witnesses gasping, which should have never happened! He had accepted God and is with him now, scripture says it takes only a mustard seed of faith! For all those people filled with bitterness and revenge , did it leave now? You can’t change the past and living in the past you can never grow as a God fearing human being and scripture tells us that God says Revenge is mine , not anyone else’s and those that committed this crime from Ivy, Marshall and all the way down will have to stand before God and he’ll say “ I never knew you “!
