You truly a champion for the incarnated. I've followed you at different levels, and every time my eyes open wider for atrocities happening and how your unselfish investigating and compassion save so many. Thank you Beth. And may I live each day to give forward in even the smallest ways to those be mistreated and unheard. 💕
Thank you so much , it seems as though he’s improving. He sometimes thinks that groups like the Illuminati or the Masons are after him . He had hard times in there with fight’s and drugs but fortunately he’s out now.
As a 5 yr J.T.P. survivor, I have seen the injustices that occur in the A.D.O.C. Thank you for shedding light on the fact that inmates are people. The department put in charge of watching over them is just as guilty of breaking laws as the inmates themselves. I saw this with my own eyes within the first two weeks of being processed through those back gates. I would love to offer any assistance I can to help bring more awareness to this problematic system.
One of the most wonderful things I’ve read. Having a son who is now 44 and has been in carceral institutions in alabama since he was a teen and is now in a very confused state of mind related to drug and mental abuse behind the walls. I thank you so very much for the concern and compassion you provide for our fellow man suffering.
Beth the story that need to be written for an influential audience is how this penal culture continues in this first world country and in the Deep South in particular. The curse of our democratic republic is that the elected leadership reflects the attitudes of the majority for better and worse. Happy to expand on this and my interest
Awesome article Beth. Thanks for sharing your powerful and encouraging testimony. May others also find the courage to break free and liberate themselves from professional bondage by finding their purpose in this short life.
Good Morning Beth, on another subject, can you recommend someone who is doing an article or wants to do one on the situation with the Postal Service. 66% of the Postal workers across the nation will receive a cut in pay beginning this month. If so just pass my name and # on to them.
How prison reporting changed my heart

Wonderful story, I wish there was more people that care about the incarcerated humans and they are human even if Kay Ivey does not think so.
> I still cringe when I recall the thousands of times I feigned interest in sports on live TV
Ha!
As always . . . wonderful.
Ga doc is just as bad ! We need more people like you!
Mother of a former ga doc inmate. We need another person like you here in ga !

How can I get involved in my state? Your writing is so strong and the cause so important.
I hope your health has improved.
